Ingredients:

-Gin Buono!!! 1 oz / 3 cl

(I recommend London n°3. Balanced, dry, slightly citrusy...you can find it here: https://amzn.to/40056BV)
-Campari or other bitter 1oz / 3 cl
(As much as I'm a fan of Campari, there are many good bitters on the market...if you like it nice and bitter I recommend Gajardo https://amzn.to/40056BV)

-Quality Vermouth 1oz / 3cl
(prof's worm https://amzn.to/3A017Lc)
Smoked Negroni

Procedure

Making a good negroni is not difficult in itself...the raw materials are important, and the type of ice used is very important (and often underestimated).

If you want to look cool, get yourself a mixing glass like this one: ( https://amzn.to/4dMBdZl ) a bar spoon ( https://amzn.to/4h2FkmM ) and get ready to amaze your guests.

Once you have obtained the products and a suitable measuring cup (jigger) you have 3 options:

  1. Crush them in a nice tumbler full of ice, mix for 30 seconds to reach an optimal level of dilution.
